Overview
The memoQ desktop application is a Windows application that provides full functionality of the memoQ CAT software.
It can be used as a stand-alone application or to connect to translation companies using memoQ servers.
The memoQ desktop application can be downloaded from the Kilgray website and installed without buying a license. The installed application will provide translator pro functionality for 45 days after installation.
This gives you the opportunity to check whether you actually want to buy the software for your own projects.
After 45 days the software license turns into a memoQ4free license. This license still allows you to work on memoQ server projects, provided the server owner issues you a CAL license.
PRODOC can issue CAL licenses for translators who do not own a translator pro license.
