Before you can start the review process you have to make some settings

Adjust settings for review

Set QA settings to PRODOC QA review

Under Project home → Settings → QA settings

• check PRODOC QA review
  

Adjust GoToNext settings

• adjust GoToNext settings using CTRL+Shift+G

  This ensures that segments with warnings and comments are not skipped.

  Note
  Caution: some XML files generate comments from their content for each segment, in which case the Commented box should not be activated!

  
  

Turn auto-propagation off for confirmed segments

This is important as there might be different translations for 100% matches/internal repetitions depending on their context.

This ensures that each 100% match/internal repetition is checked before confirmation.
